Privacy
TechnoServ will not sell, distribute, or otherwise make available any personal information provided by your usage of this service such as e-mail addresses, usernames, passwords, or IP addresses. We will contact you only by the e-mail you provide when you sign up, unless you contact us via one of the forms of instant messaging listed on this site, and we will only ask for private information such as username or password during an account cancelation or to verify your identity when using an instant messenger.
Site Content
TechnoServ believes in freedom of speech, we prohibit any content (written, visual, audio, or otherwise) that displays racism or prejudice due to color, creed, or beliefs, extreme hate or violence, pornography, contains threatening messages or copywrited material for which you do not own the copywrite. Linking to sites containing such content is not explicitly prohibited, but is highly discouraged. In addition, proxies and
phishing will not be tolerated. Classification of content as violating the above terms are left entirely to the discretion of TechnoServ.
Resource Usage
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. Sites found to be using high amounts of resources will be automatically limited. In the event that a site bypasses this limit, whether inadvertantly or intentionally, TechnoServ reserves the right to suspend the account.
Unsolicited Mailings
TechnoServ prohibits the use of its electronic mail servers for the sending of unsolicited or undesired mail, A.K.A. Spam, especially in bulk. If it is determined that your account is sending any type of unsolicited electronic mail, your account will be suspended and or canceled.
Suspensions/Cancellations
In the case that an account is suspended or cancelled, the owner of the account will be notified. If the account is suspended, the account will be disabled until the owner corrects the site to comply with these terms. If the account is cancelled, an archive of the account will be made available to the site owner.
Liability
TechnoServ makes no promises or claims regarding the services or web sites owned by hostees. TechnoServ is also not liable for damages caused by using hosted web sites. If there is questionble content on a hosted site, please contact abuse(@technoserv.no-ip.org) if you wish action to be taken. By using the TechnoServ hosting service, users agree that they will hold TechnoServ and all related personnel harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims
Changes
TechnoServ reserves the right to change these terms at any time with or without prior notificaiton. However, we will not change the terms to make an already committed act restricted. Any updates will apply only to future actions.
