Most likely, just contact us and if it's not too much of a security risk or resource hog we'll install it.
Can I get extra bandwidth?
Yes. Extra bandwidth costs $0.20 USD per GB. This is a one time fee, and at the end of the month any unused extra bandwidth will roll over to the next month.
For example, if you buy 10 GB of extra bandwidth and your account uses 12 GB this month, you will still have 8 GB to use next month in addition to the built-in 10 GB.

Can I get extra disk space?
Yes. Extra disk space costs $0.20 USD per GB per month, up to 10 GB. If you wish to buy extra disk space, see our Extras page.
Security
How secure are my files?
We take extra measures to make sure your files are secure. We keep software updated, use security software to prevent hackers, and limit server resources to make sure other users don't affect your site's performance. In addition, we make use of file access permissions to make sure other users on the server cannot access your files.
Do you keep regular back ups?
Backups of all account files, databases, and settings are automatically created every night and stored on a dedicated backup drive. These backups are retained for up to two weeks in case of server failure or other error on our part. It is still recommended that you keep your own backups, however.
I lost my password, can you change it?
If you lose your account password, there is a password recovery feature in Webmin that will send your password to your account's e-mail address.
If you no longer have access to the listed e-mail account and it is within 2 weeks of changing your password, you can reset your e-mail address by providing both your account's original and most recent passwords.

I can't figure out how to install this script, can you install it for me?
As a site owner, it is your responsibility to set up your web site. We only go as far as providing the hosting service. However, we will install scripts for you for a fee of $1.00 USD per script, with an additional $1.00 USD per hour spent installing it.
I accidentally deleted an important file, can you restore it?
While we do keep backups of sites for up to two weeks, they are in case of server failure or other error on our part, not for user error. It is a good habit for site owners to make regular backups of their own sites. We will restore a file from a backup one time for free, and all restorations beyond that may cost up to $1.00 USD. A "restore" may range from single file restoration to full account restore (all files, MySQL, settings, etc.)
